7 April – Omeljan Pritsak’s centenary

Today we mark the centenary of the world renowned Ukrainian scholar in the fields of Oriental studies and Ukrainian history Omeljan Pritsak, foreign member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, founder of our Institute (1991) and the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute (1973). His enduring legacy will continue to inspire present and future generations of Ukrainian scholars.
